BrainSailing's Effective Time Management Seminar aims to help people who are always ‘busy-being-busy’ but who somehow fail to get results.
It recognises that you cannot manage time - but that you can manage yourself and your choices about what to do and when to do it.

- Prioritisation (what you must do first)
- Diary management (linking plans and priorities to your diary in order to achieve results)

- Understand the difference between being busy and achieving results
- Learn techniques to help you prioritise your workload
- Understand ‘your rights’ when dealing with interruptions and distractions
- Develop a proactive approach to planning and scheduling
